Hannahslore is a non-profit fund established in memory of Hannah Krom, a 14 year old girl who lived courageously while battling pulmonary hypertension. The fund’s purpose is to promote literacy, support children with life-threatening illnesses and donate money for research of pulmonary hypertension.

Hi! Excellent idea!
Hm, my memory for now can be the day we got a real plan for meeting going. Hannah, and Cait and I just flipped out over AIM for a good half an hour just posting things like “Ah!” and “I’m gonna poke you and be like, ‘YOU’RE ACTUALLY REAL.” I still have that conversation saved on here…

Then, the people in the next time zone will light their candles, and the blaze will continue to burn all through the night, for an hour at a time in each time zone.
We invite everybody to please participate and light a candle for an hour tonight at 7:00. Thanks.

I have to say that I miss the book-buying Hannah as the season is underway. I feel a little withdrawl not to be at B&N at least twice a week. Hannah always had to get something different for all her family and friends and of course, that always included a book. We will have to get the sour cream picture on the site. It shows pure joy!

Hello. The world should know what a wonderful person Hannah was. If you happened to have a bad day, she would either ask if you wanted to talk about it or be distracted from it. Either one was always helpful. Her expressions like “OH MY LANTA!” and “BBQ BANANAS” will be ones I will never forget because they remind me of her. And her imagination was timeless…one of my fondest memories of her was our plan to travel the world by hot air balloon. I thank God for the opportunity to have known Hannah. I’ll never forget her.

Helloooooo! Happy snowy January, if you live in N.E. We will be sending the next Hannahslore book on her birthday, February 1st. Hanny is 17 on that day. Her brother Andrew will be picking this book and the title is …… a surprise. If you have not finished Marley and Me and passed it on, there’s still time.
Happy Reading

A HUGE thank you to Cricket Magazine Group for their recent donation. I will be in book heaven going through all these materials to donate to children in need. Hannah will be right with me as helping people and a love of books is her legacy

Okay everyone, Steve (Daddy-o) has picked the next book for hannahslore. It is
‘The Gurnsey and Potato Peel Pie Society’ and you will be receiving it soon. Steve chose it because it reminded him of Hannah’s correspondence with her Harry Potter friends.
We want to thank everyone involved in the 1st annual hannahslore yard sale. We raised enough to buy another computer next year!
Missing you, Han!
